Flower teas are a wonderful way to enjoy tea in the afternoon without worrying about drinking caffeine late in the day.  As beautiful in the tea pot as they are in the garden, Mei Gui Hua and Ju Hua, known as rose and chrysanthemum in English, are two of the most common flowers dried for tea.  Both flowers are great for large pot brewing, they can be placed in the tea pot and soaked many times without turning bitter or brewing out too strongly. Mei Gui Hua and Chrysanthemum flower teas come from the mainland of China.
